3. Payments and Ad Spend
Our service fee only covers the management, setup, and optimization of your campaigns. Ad spend (the money paid directly to Google, Facebook, or other platforms for running ads) is entirely separate and must be funded by the client.
4. Account Suspensions
We strictly follow platform guidelines. However, ad platforms (like Google or Meta) have automated systems that may occasionally flag or suspend accounts. We are not liable for account suspensions, but we will assist you in the appeal process if it occurs.
5. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the working relationship with a written notice. Upon termination, you will retain full ownership of your ad accounts and assets.
